Return Policy – 12 Months or Unlimited

If, for any reason within the first 12 months, you aren’t 100% satisfied with your purchase you may request a refund of your purchase price. You may request a refund via the support page or by phone. Please allow up to 2 business days for a refund to be processed, it’s typically faster but allow for 2 -business- days. You must remove all copies of the guide and bonuses upon receiving a refund.

If you require a refund after a 12 month period of time has elapsed, you simply need to call the office to request a refund. Before 12 months, you can e-mail or phone, no problem!
